recently renovated in alpine style, with rooms covered in pine or fir, are follows:
three rooms with two double bedrooms, living room with tiled stove, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and large terrace with southern exposure;
the attic apartment of one bedroom, living room with tiled stove, kitchenette, bathroomwith shower and little terrace with mountain views.

offer the following services included: drinking water, electricity, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, tv, dishes, microwave, hair dryer,
iron and ironing board, safe deposit box, drying room and private parking (two seats car is not covered), storage for skis and boots.
it is conveniently located within walking distance of all major services: bus stop (a mt. 50), pharmacy, kiosk, playground, bank, supermarket, butchers, restaurant, pizzeria, pubs and bars.

conditions

the apartments are delivered by 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be freed 10:00 am on the day of departure.
the balance must be paid before the keys plus a deposit of € 100,00 will be returned at end of stay.
