independent house, with hot water, heating and thermal fireplace which provides the heating for all the rooms, endued with multi-functional room with wood oven and car box. on the lower ground are a small kitchen, a living room and the multifunctional room; on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms (one of which has a small terrace), a single bed room and 2 bathrooms. it's situated at the centre of a small mountain village, around 800 m above sea level, in the "gran sasso monti della laga" national park near the gran sasso mountain and ski-lifts in prati di tivo. the village lies close to the highest mountain of central italy and people love it for the wonderful and striking places ("calderone" on gran sasso mountain is the southernmost glacier in europe). it is also the ideal place for people who want practice sports (skiing, rock climbing, horse riding, walking up mountains dew) and for those who love to relax surrounded by the green forest where it is possible to gather mushrooms and soft fruit in conformity to local laws and regulations. even if the house is in the mountains, it is also possible to spend time at the beach, which is about 50 km (1 hour by car) away. pets are accepted if they are not dangerous and don't damage the furniture. you can ask for information via e-mail or by telephone and reservations can be made paying a little amount as a deposit.
